Mark Wood Joins Land Factor

Land Factor have announced that Mark Wood, Resident Land Agent for the Blagdon Estate and a Partner in Sale and Partners will be joining them from 1st January 2014.

Mark has been resident Land Agent at Blagdon Hall for the last 33 years as well as working with a number of other clients. He will continue to work with all of these clients from the Land Factor offices.

He will be retiring from the position at Blagdon on 30 th June 2014 and Land Factor Director; Peter Combe will be taking over as Land Agent at Blagdon. Peter will be based at the Estate Office for 3 days a week, although he will continue to manage his other Estates for Land Factor during the rest of the week.

Peter Combe and Mark Wood will be working together at Blagdon for the next 6 months, to ensure a seamless handover.

Mark Wood said I am delighted to be joining Land Factor and am looking forward to working alongside Peter Combe and his excellent team.

After his retirement from the Blagdon Estate Office in June 2014, Mark Wood will act as a consultant at Land Factor, continuing to support existing clients.

For the next 6 months, Mark will work alongside Land Factor Director, Peter Combe. I am looking forward to working with both Peter and Land Factor".

Mark Wood joined John Sale & Partners in 1980 as Land Agent for Blagdon Estate.

He lives near Stannington with his wife and enjoys gardening, forestry and shooting.
