Land Factor has doubled the amount of rural commercial office space which it has rented out to businesses in the past year, benefitting landowners and tenants alike.

One of the Region’s leading rural land managers, we currently manage in excess of 100,000 sq ft of workshops, storage and office units in the Tyne Valley area, on behalf of landowners including the Allendale Estates.   

Through a range of incentives and an expert knowledge of the lettings market in the region, we have increased our new lettings from 3,600 sq ft this time last year to 7,400 sq ft in the last six months alone.

The properties under management vary from small workshop and storage units to individual office units in excess of 7,000 sq ft made up of conversions and new build space.

With existing planning consents for the development of new business units and commercial complexes, we are able to offer advice on the economics of conversions where developments are being contemplated.

Tenants who have recently taken space include Red Squirrels Northern England at Stocksfield Hall, as well as Offstone Publishing and the New Leaf Food Group at Bearl, near Stocksfield.

Red Squirrels Northern England - a partnership project geared to protecting the species in the region - recently signed a three year lease for an office at Stocksfield Hall, attracted by the competitive rental package and the quality and location of the property.
