Building on the success of our diverse estate and property management portfolios we are able to offer a comprehensive and bespoke package for sales, lettings and aquisition of rural property for clients.

Our letting service is client driven. By focusing upon clients requirements, we are able to tailor the letting service to individual needs. This may be a tenant-finding only service, or at the other end of the spectrum might extend to a full letting, management and property maintenance package. In addition, we are able to offer rent collection and a full accountancy function.

Our letting service is managed by a full-time property administrator and can include any of the following functions:

• Tenant finding through our existing database of prospective tenants
• Rental valuation and advice
• Web-based and newspaper marketing of properties
• Property viewings and preparation of records of condition prior to tenancy commencement
• Credit and personal referencing of potential tenants
