Changes in planning policy represent development opportunities which can transform an Estate's finances and diversify income. 

These opportunities need to be identified, brought-on and seen through to a successful outcome.  We have a wide experience of this to add value to land holdings.

Our role is to identify sites, scope the possibilities and then help clients choose the most appropriate advisers, including planning consultants, architects and tax advisers to see matters through to a successful conclusion.

The current state of the planning framework nationally has given rise to a major opportunity for many Estates to take advantage.  We routinely deal with national and local developers and negotiate option and promoyion agreements on behalf of clients. 

We also coordinate teams of specialists for those clients who wish to finance their own planning process.
